We have now installed a video server which gives access to a large library of educational videos across a wide array of subjects. More videos are added regularly from major education video suppliers as well as recordings from Free-to-air and Foxtel TV.

All these videos and associated resources can be accessed using the ClickView Video Player. The player can be found on all student computers under:

Start->All Programs->Core Programs

You can also install the player at home (you must download at school and take the file home) and take videos from the server to watch later by using ClickView's "schoolbag" feature. Use the download link below to either RUN the installer, or SAVE it for later use.

After installing, you will be prompted for the ClickView Library Server address. You will need to enter this address correctly for use within the school, but not for using the schoolbag feature at home.

Installation Problems 

The following two situations can occur on Notebooks for Teachers computers due to pre-existing software interferring with the installer, both are easily fixed by installing the effected components manually. Both of these installers are Wizard driven and can be installed by accepting default settings as presented, so should pose no problems.

If you receive an error message installing ClickView, download and run the following file:

Microsoft dotNet Framework 1.1 (within school only)

If you only see a Windows Media Player logo and nothing else when playing videos, download and install the following file:

DivX 6.4 Play Bundle (within school only)
