5000 Meals Project

Yr 11 Certificate II Kitchen Operation students assisted Tress Walmsley CEO Intergrain, Don Hancey WA Food ambassador and David Gilmore Head Chef Compass Group preparing meals for the 5000 Meals Project.

Last week students prepared the following:

  • Preparing Linley Valley pork
  • Southern Forrest kale
  • WA mushrooms
  • WA udon noodles

These meals have been distributed by Food Rescue to homeless people in around the Perth CBD.
