Easy Entertaining Function

Year 10 Students, as part of their Easy Entertaining course, planned and hosted an entire function this Semester. The students ran the entire process from selecting the theme, menu design and job allocation for the night. This function gave students an opportunity to work in the College state of the art Hospitality Trade Training Centre.

Students worked as a true kitchen brigade to produce a fabulous three course meal for over 40 people each night. Students were given real insight into working as a team and developed good communication and problem solving skills. It was a pleasure to see them develop through the course of the task, coming together as a team.
