Application Process

• Download the  Application for Enrolment Form.
• Fill the form out digitally then print OR print and fill the form in by hand. 
• Gather and photocopy your supporting documents .
• Submit the Application for Enrolment Form in person to the College Front Reception with the original and photocopies of the supporting documents.
  
• Once submitted you will receive a formal confirmation whether your application has been accepted.

Local Intake Boundaries 
If you reside in the boundaries you will be applying to the College as a local intake applicant.  

• Eastern Boundary: West side of Wanneroo Road between Ocean Reef Road and Hepburn Avenue.
• Southern Boundary: Along Montessori Place (both sides included) and its extension of the bike to the Mitchell Freeway in Kingsley. 
  
• Western Boundary: The alignment of the Mitchell Freeway. 
  
• Northern Boundary: South side of Ocean Reef Road between the alignment of the Mitchell Freeway and Wanneroo Road

Local intake area applicants

Local intake area enrolment applications can be submitted to the Front Reception between 8:30 – 3:30pm. Once we have reviewed your application documents we will arrange a time for a meeting with the relevant Vice or Associate Principal.

Out of the local intake area applications. 

Applications for students in 2025 who are out of the local intake area will be reviewed by the Principal. These applications can be submitted to the Front Office.

Applications are now open for in and out of the local intake area.

Application for Enrolment forms can be submitted to the Front Reception between 8:30 – 3:30pm.

Out-of-area applications will be reviewed by the Principal. We aim to provide a response via email within two weeks of submission.

When submitting your application for enrolment for your child at the College, please check that you have:

1. 1. Application for Enrolment Form
   2. The original and a photocopy of the Birth Certificate.

If the  student was not born in Australia please provide:

• 1. • original and photocopy of Australian citizenship certificate, or  
     • original and photocopy of student passport with visa documentation 
  2. A photocopy of an AIR Immunisation History Statement (no more than two months old)
  3. Proof of address:
     • original and photocopy of current rates notice or current lease agreement  (current lease agreement must be greater than six months and cover the student’s first day of school) and
     • photocopy of two of following utility bills:
       • water
       • gas and/or
       • electricity.
  4. Latest two school reports, including information relating to suspensions or exclusions
  5. Latest NAPLAN results
  6. Copies of Family Court orders (if applicable)

Applications must be submitted in person. Applicants must bring their own copies of documents as the College is unable to make photocopies.

Postal and electronic applications will not be accepted.
